Shipments and Returns

Shipping & Handling:

• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

• Most orders are shipped within 3 Business days of confirmation.

• For international orders, additional transportation charges may apply.

Claims & Returns:

• Please report shortages or damaged deliveries within 3 days of receipt of order.

• If you want to return an item please call us for Return Authorization Number.

• If for any reason you are not happy with our products, we will be happy to return, exchange or offer you credit for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Please send return authorization requests to peri@theincacollection.com. Include your order confirmation number, the items you will be returning and the reason why. Please note that inca has the authority to refuse any returns that are damaged or appear to have been worn. Apparel must be in exact condition as sold with all tags attached. No credit will be issued to mishandled or soiled merchandise. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and upon return to our warehouse. Return requests must be received within 14 days of purchase. Returns received after 14 days from date of purchase will be for exchange only and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale or altered merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.  You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been received and your refund processed.
